Our client (Trading and Manufacturing) is looking for suitable candidates for the post of Purchasing Clerk. 

Location: Tsim Sha Tsui

Responsibilities: 

• Preparing Purchase Order Form and other related documents
• Placing order to suppliers, sample arrangement
• Checking production and delivery status
• Inventory and stock record
• Work closely with internal parties for daily operation

Requirements:

• HKCEE / DSE holder or above 
• 2 year relevant experience in Sales Admin / Purchasing / Merchandising field
• Good in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing 
• Proactive, independent and outgoing personality 
• Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
