Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 2-3 years relevant experience, preferably in multinational corporations
  • Prior exposure in general secretarial and administrative support is required
  • Good communication of English and fair in spoken Mandarin
  • Self-motivated, presentable, well-organized with good interpersonal skills
  • Well-versed in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Immediate available is highly preferred

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide full secretarial and administrative support to HR & Administration Director
  • Arrange meeting schedules and prepare related meeting materials and minutes
  • Coordinate travel logistics including hotel accommodation and expenses claims
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports and maintain confidential documents/contracts
