Job Description
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
- 2-3 years relevant experience, preferably in multinational corporations
- Prior exposure in general secretarial and administrative support is required
- Good communication of English and fair in spoken Mandarin
- Self-motivated, presentable, well-organized with good interpersonal skills
- Well-versed in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Immediate available is highly preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Provide full secretarial and administrative support to HR & Administration Director
- Arrange meeting schedules and prepare related meeting materials and minutes
- Coordinate travel logistics including hotel accommodation and expenses claims
- Assist in preparing monthly reports and maintain confidential documents/contracts
