JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

◊       Support Senior Training Specialist on full spectrum of training functions in Asia Pacific (training needs analysis & planning, coordination, implementation, evaluation & etc.)

◊       Handle training administration (scheduling, e-mailing and communicating of training programs with internal and external parties)

◊       Coordinate with vendors and hotels on logistics and accommodation arrangements

◊       Monitor and manage training database, budget and invoicing

◊       Manage Learning Management System

◊       Prepare debriefing and evaluation summary reports

◊       Assist in specific HR projects initiatives

◊       Liaise with different HR teams across Asia Pacific

◊       Assist on Regional HR events, meetings, guest visits and other ad-hoc activities

KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES

◊       Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

◊       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

◊       Proactive and passionate about learning and development

◊       Ability to multi-task and coordinate under pressure

◊       High level of customer focus

◊       Proficiency in Words, Excel and PowerPoint

◊       Detail-oriented
