Our client, a Beauty Industry, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Responsibilities:-

• Provide support within full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to Recruitment, Payroll processing, Taxation, Benefits Administration, Employee Relations and other HR functions.
• Administer processes relating to employee life-cycle, i.e. On-boarding, Employee Data Management, P-files, Leave record, Confirmation, Retirement, Exit Management, etc.
• Update related HR reports for management review.
• Perform ad hoc assignment or projects assigned.

Requirements:-

• Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 3 years' relevant experience.
• Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinances and other related legislations.
• Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
• Strong sense of confidentiality, responsibility and commitment.
• Good analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Independent, passionate, positive thinking, fast-paced, multi-tasking, result-oriented, self-motivated and team player.
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese).
