Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Being the business partner with Hong Kong teams to provide full spectrum of professional HR service and advice including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, retention and development, employee relations etc. to support business goal and development
- Participate in global project team to execute global HR initiative from corporate level to local market level
- Prepare HR report and analysis for HR strategic plan and management review
- Maintain staff information and record accuracy in global Human Capital Management System
- Assist in HR ad hoc projects and initiatives assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder in business administration, Human Resources or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years all around HR experience preferable in Multi-national Company
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF and other related regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skill
- A strong team player, energetic, detail-minded and willing to learn
- Fluent written and spoken in Cantonese and English, Mandarin is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
