The individual will be responsible for ensuring the training programmes are designed and delivered effectively, professionally and meeting defined learning outcomes.

The ideal candidate would be responsible for the following:

• Identify, develop, implement and evaluate appropriate learning & development solutions to fulfil company business needs and support employee development strategies, such as: up-skilling and/or re-skilling.
• Lead and advice the department heads and senior management to identify and evaluate learning needs, source and select the suitable learning and development program for employees.
• Be proactive in providing feedback and recommendation to bridge the performance gap between performance and industry standard.
• Develop metrics and evaluation methods to measure learning effectiveness.
• Work as part of the global team to implement a new LMS in Hong Kong, Indonesia & Singapore
• Prepare reports and analysis for management review and continuous improvement.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing and the implementation of company regulations and policies in Asia Region.
• Assist in ad-hoc HR projects as required.

The successful candidate should possess:

• Passionate in learning and development.
• University degree in Human Resources Management / Occupational Psychology or equivalent disciplines.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation and organization skills with the ability to work across functions at all levels in different countries.
• At least 6 years' relevant experience with proven track record in identifying & organizing training for professional individuals. I.T. industry working experience would be an added advantage.
• Experience with broader talent management and organisational development initiatives would be beneficial and regional experience will be important in this role.
• Mature and possess a strong sense of responsibility. Work well under pressure and fast pace environment.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
