Job Duties:

• Report to CEO
• Responsible for a full range of secretarial duties and all business related matters including project management to general coordination
• Manage and co-ordinate all personal matters and logistic arrangement of business activities for CEO
• Document management and handle confidential matters as instructed
• Assist CEO in handling legal documents and prepare business correspondences, presentation materials, meeting minutes including documents drafting, emails, letters, etc
• Co-ordinate and handle ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• University degree or secretarial diploma
• Minimum 5 years of experience in serving the senior management
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Experience in contract drafting an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills, independent, well-organized and strong sense of responsibility
• Pro-active, mature and an excellent team player
• Travel to Macau & China occasionally
• Immediately available is highly preferred
