Job Responsibility:

• Respond to oversea & local customer’s enquiries or complaints in a professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service in resolving customer’s queries or issues
• Follow-up customer’s complaints promptly to achieve customer's satisfaction
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above
• 1-3 years working experience with Customer Services experience will be an advantage.  
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin is must
• Able to work independently under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word processing
• Immediately available is preferable
• Working Location: Tuen Mun
• Candidates will more experience will be considered as CS Executive.
