Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  •        Responsible for full spectrum of secretarial duties with focus on Director’s and family’s affairs
  •        Provide administrative and secretarial daily support to Director
  •        Handle correspondence and assignments timely, accurately and independently
  •        Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Successful applicants will meet these Essential Requirements:

  •        A tertiary education or better
  •        At least 2 years of experience
  •        A good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  •        Strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and prioritization skills
  •        A positive, team-oriented attitude, a motivational outlook, and a strong sense of commitment
