We are searching on behalf of a major SI for a number of high-calibre IT Project Management Officers to perform Project Management Office (PMO) tasks for infrastructure project in a Major Bank.

Responsibilities: 

• Assist the IT Project Manager in liaising with different senior stakeholders
• Arrange and coordinate project meetings
• Prepare key meeting minutes, regular progress reports and UAT status reports
• Issue sign-off request; collect and consolidate status
• Follow up key meeting's actions, risks and issues

Requirements:

• 2+ years of PMO working experience in IT project coordination and administration
• Proficient in presentation preparation, drafting minutes and management reports in both Chinese & English
• Good interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in banking & financial sector advantageous but not mandatory
