Job Description
Our Client is a financial institution with headquarter located in China and branch office in Hong Kong. They are presently in search of candidates for the following roles:
Responsible Office (Type 4 & Type 9):
Responsibilities:
- act as one of the key person in Hong Kong for the firm and be the Typr4/Type-9 Responsible Officer to the SFC
- assist the senior leadership team in strategic planning
- handling all necessary licensing and registrations with the regulators during fund launch
- be the primary relationship manager and liaison point to the SFC
Requirements:
- with good leadership exposure in Asset Management/Investment industy
- be licensed as a Responsible Officer for Type4/Type-9 activity in either a Director or Executive Director capacity
- RO experience within the Asset Management/Investment Management industry and with relationship and network build up with regulators
- with practical expertise with reference to SFC type4/Type-9 regulated activity
- excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, & Mandarin
