What will be your job duties?

Trade execution

• Receive trade order from senior management
• Execute trade orders for purchase or sale of securities and derivatives
• Complete trade allocation and post-trade report
• Information reporting
• Monitor financial market and provide market information update immediately
• Monitor corporate action and provide action recommendation
• Report any risk identified to senior management

Documentation and presentation for Investment Committee

• To prepare investment documentation and presentation for Investment Committee
• Take the meeting note
• Follow up the decisions made and activities logs

Risk monitoring

• Assist in monitoring the existing equity portfolio according to risk policies,  e.g. counterparty risk, interest rate risk, market risk, foreign currency risk and ensuring sufficient liquidity

Post-investment management

• Assist in monitoring the company’s in-house equity portfolio and produce regular analysis report. 
• Reconciliations and analysis of the investment reporting information between the Investment Management Department and the Financial Control Department

Who will you be?

• Bachelor degree from a prominent university
• 3-4 years relevant experience (Experience in equity trading using Bloomberg is a must)
• Excellent knowledge in Bloomberg
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Strong language skills and proficient in written English and Chinese.
