Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Process various types of corporate customer payment transactions, duties included  outward overseas remittance, bank charges claim, local payments, auto-pay and internal transfer
• Assist in customer transaction monitoring; perform sanction screening and identify suspicious transactions and escalate when necessary; ensure all transactions are comply with internal rules and regulatory requirements
• Liaize with Treasury dealer on exchange rate quotation and collection of contract slip
• Collect monthly fees on system usage and follow up the unsettled charges with customer
• Prepare daily transaction reconciliation report and provide administrative support to the department
  
  

Requirements:

• Secondary level education with good academic results with around 1 year relevant experience. Degree/Diploma holder with less experience are also welcome to apply
• Good command in both English and Chinese, knowledge in Hanyu Pinyin, especially the major cities and provinces in China is a plus
• Multi-tasking, attentive to details and able to work under pressure and tight deadline
• A team player with good customer service mindset and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office
