• Responsible for handling clerical work for branch operations such as microfilming filing / documents retrieval for branches, processing cashier’s order / gift cheque / overprinted cheques printing application, cards scanning and filing, settlement of valuation / search fee for marketing units, various systems maintenance of customer information and etc
• Handle general enquiries from branches, customers, accounting firms and etc
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
• Secondary education with minimum 2 years' branch operations experience in banking industry; knowledge of clearing house services
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good PC knowledge, in particular MS-Word, MS-Excel and Chinese word processing
