Our client is a growing financial services group. They are now seeking for a DCM Associate to join their team.

Responsibilities:   

• Perform day-to-day DCM activities such as fund-raising exercise, merger and acquisitions
• Establish and maintain good relationship with clients
• Manage DCM initiatives and do post-investment follow-up
• Work closely with the team for smooth implementation of initiatives
• Handle all internal and external requirements and ad-hoc projects

Requirements:  

• Degree holder in Finance/ Business Administration/ Economics or any other related disciplines and Master's degree is preferred
• 2 years' relevant experience in DCM markets with in-depth knowledge about the associated financial products 
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
