 Client Services /KYC - Securities brokerage 

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team and to answer customers' enquiries, questions and complaints, and provide timely information such as stock quotes, etc;
• To be responsible for opening new accounts, handling change of account information and other related issues;
• To complete general office work;
• To handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• University degree holder with related work experience and good knowledge on Hong Kong and China securities markets and products;
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in client service in securities / financial industry;
• Strong command of oral and written Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese) and English skills;
• Completion of examinations in HKSI 1,7,8,9 with passing scores;
• Good customer service manner, responsible and detail oriented
