Responsibilities

• Act as Responsible Officer for SFC Type 9 regulated activities
• Responsible to the executive and oversee the operation of the Private Fund
• Deliver investment performances according to established risk and return targets of each portfolio
• Conduct investment research and analysis
• To formulate, review and update the operational procedures to ensure full regulatory compliance
• To establish proper documentation of all regulated activities

Requirements

• Must be a current SFC Type 9 Responsible Officer License holder.  
• Strong business sense and in-depth knowledge of the asset management industry
• Private Equity Fund experience is essential
• Proactive, good interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure
• Excellent command of English and Chinese
