Our client is the asset management division of an integrated investment Banking. To cope with the rapid business expansion, they are now inviting high caliber candidates to join the team in Hong Kong.

Associate, Private Equity Fund Management  - Asset Management 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare investment memo and internal documentations.
• Review legal documents
• Assist in fund set-up funding logistics as well as post-investment portfolio management.
• Assist in fund registration, and cooperate with domestic regulation authorities.
• Other miscellaneous tasks in relation to fund management

Qualifications:

• Degree holder in Business, Finance or related discipline 
• Native Mandarin speaker and proficient in business writing in Chinese and English.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Attention to details and operation.
• Flexible in adapting to different types of fund management related assignments.
• Good team player with ability to work independently under pressure and time constraints.
• Understanding of related PRC government policies preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Analyst
