Responsibilities:

• Oversee settlement of securities, futures and options both in Hong Kong and global markets
• Monitor daily operations of settlement team and provide any advice on securities settlement/transaction
• Ensure all settlement instructions are executed timely and accurately and in compliance with  applicable legal and regulatory requirements
• Review the operational procedures and establish proper policies to enhance the work flow/operational efficiency
• Liaise with internal and external brokers to follow up any settlement related issues
• Assist in system enhancement and UAT tests
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in securities/futures industry
• Sound knowledge in financial products, relevant SFC and HKEX rules and regulations
• Familiar with CCASS and DCASS system operation
• Responsible, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and sensitive to numbers
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is required
