Due to recent expansion, we are looking for a candidate for the newly created position of Investment Manager at a member of our family, the Hong Kong Satellite TV International Media Group (HKS):

Responsibilities

• Collect relevant information to complete comprehensive researches about global macroeconomic policies, industry and financial market.
• Responsible for investment screening and project execution; a preliminary assessment about the consolidation of investment information, the valuation of investment and the evaluation of risk;
• Assist the investment management team to complete the investment projects about searching, evaluation, execution, due diligence, valuation, return analysis, negotiation with stakeholders, the completion of transaction and exit plan, and participate in post-investment management’s activities;
• Assist director to establish and maintain good relationship with government agencies, investment banks, auditors, law firms, financial institutions and partners;
• Assist the processes of investment project about communication, coordination and negotiation; business travels required.

Requirements

• Minimum 4-5 year experiences in investment, leverage and acquisition financing, accounting and other listed companies, PE / VC related is preferred;
• Investment, finance, accounting, economics or related disciplines in master's degree or above, MBA, overseas study experience is preferred;
• Familiar with the China macroeconomic policies and capital markets; familiar with capital operation, finance, law and related knowledge;
• Conduct strong financial analysis and capabilities of investment analysis, to establish comprehensive financial modeling. Have a good understanding about the process of investment, IPO, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, leverage and acquisition financing;
• Proficient with business computer skills, Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Proactive, rigorous, good team player.
