Responsibilities:

• To assist in handling corporate finance assignments including financial advisory, M&A and other fund raising activities
• To assist in performing data analysis and market data research works and in preparing pitching materials
• To assist in coordinating and carrying out due diligence activities and documentation works
• To provide such other assistance as requested by superiors, including deal origination supports

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Legal or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years relevant experience preferably gained in the investment banking industry
• The preferred candidate will have completed (from beginning to end) at least one transaction in IPO, debt issuance and/or Takeover transactions.
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Fluency in Putonghua is a must)
• Holder of Representative License of RA6 with SFC
• Professional qualification such as CPA and/or CFA are preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
