Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all business operations
• Identify and pursue business development, investment and expansion opportunities in the industry (including IPO)
• Provide regular updates, topics of interest, forecast and analysis, supervise the team and ensure all written materials including research publications, market commentaries, and presentations are of a high quality
• Help to respond professionally to all inquiries.

Requirements

• Degree holder in finance, economics, accounting or a related discipline
• At least 10 years’ experience in IPO planning, investment or finance-related industry
• Mainland born/educated with solid experience working in the Mainland PRC
• Proven track record in business development/expansion and IPO planning
• Proven ability in people management and development
• Fluent Mandarin (both written and spoken) with good command of English and Cantonese (both written and spoken)
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
