Responsibilities

• Play a leading role in the debt capital markets (DCM) execution and syndication
• Have the ability and willingness to originate DCM business
• Drive, execute and monitor DCM transactions internally and externally
• Have existing DCM investors network and able to maintain relationship with potential issuers, listed companies, intermediaries
• Responsible for the expansion and development of the Fosun group’s DCM channels
• Collaborate across the Fosun platform for cross selling of DCM products

Requirements

• University degree in finance or related discipline
• Over 8 years DCM working experience in bank/financial institutions, preferably in execution and syndication
• Familiar with entire DCM transaction process, with prior experience in leading DCM transactions independently
• Candidates with investors network is preferable
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
• Less experience will be considered for the position of DCM VP
