Responsibilities:

• To propose the investor relations strategies and plans for the Company
• To plan and execute the investor relations activities and initiatives in building and strengthen the long-term relationship with investors
• To develop the communication material with the investment community
• To co-ordinate for the road show and visits
• To be responsible for co-ordination and execution of investor relations award applications 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines, preferably with a Master degree
• Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in corporate planning / investor relations
• Good knowledge in financial market, computer and financial modeling
• Proven English proficiency and fluent Putonghua
• Good interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills
• Occasional travel to other countries is required
