Responsibilities:

• Acquire mortgage business from agency/brokers/solicitor firms and developer projects
• Effectively manage sales planning, coordination and implementation to deliver assigned targets and business objectives
• Ensure the highest standards of implementation for Retail Banking business strategies across our mortgage business
• Take responsibility for mortgage business performance in the assigned market segment/geographic area
• Meet internal and external customer requirements, consistently delivering required service standards
• Be available to respond to potential intermediary and developer sales anytime and anywhere

• Strong track record in sales, particularly regarding the generation of new selling opportunities
• Ability to cultivate a collaborative and cooperative working environment
