Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the e-commerce business and sales operations in oversea markets (including Australia, U.S. etc.)
• Manage the budget for marketing and other operating expenses
• Monitor the web performance; recommend technical improvements to deliver best digital shopping experience
• Take the responsibility for day to day sales performance and maximizing site conversion
  

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree holder in e-commerce, marketing or related discipline
• At least 5 years hands-on experience in e-commerce business. Solid know-how on e-commerce operations
• Strategic, analytical, organized, detail minded with excellent business sense
• Knowledge of online marketing programs and web content management for SEO, SEM
• A proven track record in meeting the set sales targets
• Must have ability to properly scope and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills. Independent as well as a team work player
• Excellent command of spoken and written in Chinese and English
