Responsibilities

• Performing purchasing transactions & activities, e.g. purchase orders and documents follow up
• Support sourcing activities and negotiating with new vendors
• Follow up order processes and goods delivery
• Handle any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• Min. 2 years of related Purchasing working experience
• Good analytical and observation skills, detail-oriented and time management skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Flexible and adaptable, self-motivated and independent
• Immediate available is preferred
