Responsibilities

• Lead new product launch and promotion strategies, co-ordinate product marketing materials and above the line advertising to ensure integrated marketing communication approach
• Develop segment oriented selling stories based on various segment value propositions and lead the development of an efficient and effective sales tools to support selling process
• Build and design an effective product promotion campaign to achieve company specific targets and lead the implementation of campaign with support from various key stakeholders
• Facilitate and assist in product development process by providing effective and constructive feedback from distribution channel’s perspective
• Act as an effective and smooth interface between agency and the corporate to effectively channel agency views and feedback with a focus on achieving a balanced decision to achieve business goals
• Work with Product Development Department to conduct “Train the Trainer” session to support and transfer product knowledge to internal staff, such as Product Ambassador, Agency management team, Training, Telemarketing, Call center, Customer Service
• Work with Training Department to conduct regular product training to experienced agents to keep them up-to-date of market changes and provide timely market update and comparison to agency

Requirements

• University degree with over 10 years working experience in financial services, insurance or related industry, at least 5 years of which in a Marketing, (CRM) customer relationship management, Business Development, or Project Management role
• Strong analytical skills, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to lead internal and cross-functional teams and be a team player
