Job Description

營運助理的主要任务是确保客户的订单顺利完成。

The key responsibility of the Operations Coordinator is to ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled smoothly, efficiently, and excellently.

Primary Duties:

  • Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled smoothly, efficiently, and excellently.
  • Plan and coordinate order deliveries.
  • Manage part-time staff.
  • Manage warehouse, inventory and equipment including maintenance and repair.
  • Prepare customer order items for delivery.
  • Support customer service.

  2. 策划并协调運送流程。
  3. 協助管理兼職營運同事。
  4. 管理貨艙以及貨物與器材。
  5. 準備客戶訂單物資。
  6. 協助客戶服務及支援。
  7. 安排維修、保養。

Required Skills:

  • Possess a GREAT customer service attitude.
  • Positive, energetic, helpful, pleasant and cheerful. Carries a smile most of the time.
  • Keen eye for detail and innovation.
  • Proven leadership and team-oriented ability.
  • Proven organisational and coordination skills with track record of successful projects.
  • Experience with event deployment and logistics highly favourable but not required. Less qualified candidates may be considered for Operations Assistant position.
  • Must be flexible to work on weekend(s) and/or public holidays with irregular work hours.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities in English and Cantonese, face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Must have a sense of urgency and self-motivation.
  • Hardworking, resourceful, independent, problem-solver.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
