As Quality Assurance Scheduling Analyst, you will support the scheduling functions of Quality Assurance audits (product inspections, factory assessments, production readiness meetings, etc.) for the assigned region and optimize internal and external resource allocation based on risk and business needs.

Job Responsibilities

Planning and Scheduling

• Receive and track audit requests from vendors/factories
• Follow risk based scheduling guidelines and prepare the audit schedule on a weekly basis
• Make product inspection grouping decision independently based on grouping principle to support maximizing productivity
• Escalate any complications with the schedule to regional management

Reporting and Analysis

• Develop reporting tools as needed to support business data analysis and interpretation
• Run and monitor reporting on scheduling compliance of internal team members, vendors and factories

Vendor/Factory – Supply Chain Management

• Provide feedback and coaching to business partners for improvement in production planning and scheduling of Factory Assessments, Production Readiness meetings and Product Inspections
• Hold vendors and factories accountable to follow schedule policies

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in statistical analysis works
• Experience in retail operations or support / QA audit scheduling / QA auditing is desired
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Strong data analysis capability and project management skills
• Works autonomously to manage all day-to-day operations with little or no supervision from the leader
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office software applications and VBA programing; advanced use in Pivot Table
