Job details:

Business Development Manager

• Sales and marketing of ironmongery, automatic doors and electronic access control products to developers and management companies
• Explore potential market and identify the need of the market
• Prepare specification of dormakaba products for customer

Requirements:

• University graduate preferred but not necessary if with related experience
• Experience in related industry and with existing network is an advantage
• Have existing connection with developers and management companies is an advantage
• Willing to learn and can work under pressure of meeting deadline
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Able to be an individual contributor and be a good teammate

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and presentation skills working with multiple peer groups and levels of management
• Ability to achieve results in fast-paced and changing environment
  Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload; effective multitasking skills needed
