My Listed company client she is looking for an experience Leasing (Shopping Mall) Manager



Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise the Group’s property leasing and marketing activities in shopping mall
• Formulate and implement trade mix plan, conduct marketing research, rental forecast and budget preparation in all retail or development projects
• Work closely with internal departments on assets enhancement programs and strategic marketing campaigns
• Maintain and develop strong relationship with tenants and agencies

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or property related disciplines 
• 5 years property leasing experience, minimum 3 years in developer’s role
• Retail leasing experience with other property developers is preferred
• Strong business network with tenants and property agencies
• Strong marketing sense and analytical mind
• A team-player with excellent negotiation and communication skills
