Job Duty

• Follow up orders with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of goods/products
• Responsible to manage full spectrum of purchasing functions
• Able to handle vendor sourcing and maintain relationship with vendors
• To support existing customers and new product development
• Negotiate the price/term/lead-time/contract with suppliers
• Review the contract terms, drive to cost reduction and better purchasing terms
• New supplier site auditing and appraisal, prepare the vendor performance appraisal report, source alternative suppliers
  
  
  

Job Requirement

• Form 5 or above with 5 subjects passed in HKCEE, including English (Syllabus B), Chinese and Mathematics.
• 3-5 years solid experience in sourcing/purchasing in radio control/electronic toy & game industries as well as in factory suppliers and inventory control.
• Possess a good vendor network worldwide
• Good analytical mind and attentive to details
• Excellent negotiation and organizational skills
• Good command of English & Mandarin
• Good PC knowledge including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
