Responsibilities:

l   Answer and handle customer enquiries incoming call/message/chat room, reply timely and tactfully, and pass other Departments for following up

l   Contact customers through phone and chat room conversation on a regular basis

l   Deliver quality customer services, follow up and assist handling complaints in good manner

l   Handle RMA stock exchange to customer and provide basic service

l   No cold calling and outbound customer services are required

l   Perform daily operations and assist in some administrative work

l   Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

l   F.5 / DSE or above with 1 year relevant experience in service industry is an advantage

l   Customer oriented & interested in dealing with people at all levels

l   Pleasant, mature, independent and able to work under pressure

l   Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills

l   Fresh graduate are also welcome.

Working Hour: Monday to Friday 10:10 - 19:00, Saturday 09:30 - 13:00 (5.5-DAY WORK WEEK WITH ALTERNATIVE  SATURDAY OFF)
