Responsibility

• Handle Sale orders in store as well as overseas jewellery exhibitions and trunk shows
• Provide excellent customer service to local and overseas customers
• Assist Sales Manager in contacting and negotiating with overseas wholesaler and customers
• Follow up orders to ensure the products are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
• Follow up OEM and ODM projects independently with designers
• Liaise with sales team on a daily basis in building company brand image and offering excellent customer service

Requirements

• Diploma or above preferably in hospitality or business related disciplines with experience in jewellery sales
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
• Proficiency in Outlook Express, Outlook, MS Excel and Words
• Independent, self motivated and with good interpersonal and communication skills
