Our Hong Kong office has established and growing teams across:- Information Technology and Digital, Retail Banking, Corporate & Investment Banking, Insurance, Corporate Governance (Risk, Compliance, Financial Crime, Audit), Supply Chain & Logistics, Luxury & Retail, Hospitality, Leisure & Development, Human Resources.

The jobholders role and areas of focus and coverage will be dictated by their level of experience and market specialisation. As a more junior and/or entry level recruiter your role will be candidate focused and you will be responsible for candidate sourcing and communication. As such you will need to be able to use a variety of different channels to source, communicate with and ultimately interview new candidates as well as using our database to catch up with, clear for opportunities and get referrals from existing candidates. You will need to possess solid research skills to market map and gain market intelligence and job leads from new and existing candidates. You will be part of a team, supporting more senior recruitment professionals, assisting on a variety of recruitment projects and have responsibility for the ongoing development and enhancement of the candidate database. You will receive full training, development and support and you will have access to a comprehensive database and market leading recruitment tools to add value to your role and ongoing career development.

As a more established recruitment professional you will be given leadership and/or managerial responsibility and you will be required to perform end to end execution of current and existing job openings including sourcing candidates, presenting candidates to clients, arranging interviews, aligning expectations, negotiating packages, closing deals and performing tail end, post contract signing recruitment tasks such as managing counter offers, invoicing clients, catching up with and keeping in touch with placed candidates etc. You will be required to manage and maintain existing client relationships as well as be responsible for continuous business development and the expansion of your specialist team/area.

In order to be considered for a position at CGP we are more interested in your work ethic, attitude and potential than we are in your number of years of experience. As a more experienced recruiter we are looking for industry specialisation, a solid track record of success, and an existing network of warm and existing candidates and clients.
