Job Responsibilities:

Prepare coordinate in the delivery of ordered items and follow up Purchase order

Checking of purchase orders with invoices

Manage and update all purchasing documents and records

Responsible for general administrative and clerical support, e.g. filing, data entries

Responsible for ad hoc project as assigned

Outdoor work may be required

Job Requirements:

F.5 or above with at least 3 year working experience in order processing field

Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

Good spoken and written English and Chinese

Self-motivated, detail oriented and with good interpersonal skills

Hard working and willing to learn

Working experience in construction field preferred

Working Day : 5.5days

Working Location : Sha Tin
