Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with airlines, suppliers locally and overseas on groups tour arrangement
• Good interpersonal and communication to manage enquiries and reservation.
• Full set processing on all tickets, reservation, and confirmation issue of groups tour
• Answer and handle sub-agents  incoming enquiries and bookings
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by manager

Requirements:

• Holder of Bachelor Degree is preferred
• 2 - 3 years relevant experience in Outbound Travel Industry
• Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proactive, flexible, good communication skills and able to work independently
• Knowledge of Amadeus is an advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Operations Clerk
• Immediate available is highly preferred
