My client, a French fashion brand, is looking for an Wholesale Merchandiser to join their fast-paced team in Hong Kong.  

This role will be reporting to the Wholesales Manager. You will be handling a full order cycle from confirmation to delivery. You will have strong analytical skills as you will be monitoring clients’ stock & propose re-order opportunities according to data from reports. Key responsibilities: 

•          Monitor the entire order cycle from confirmation to delivery and work with HQ with arranging shipment to ensure deliveries are on time.
•          Conduct weekly & monthly reports on sales, KPI and stock situation.
•          Support the Wholesale Manager on specific business & commercial analysis.
•          Conduct clients OTB review & proposal, appointment schedule, collect feedback, buying review & analysis to ensure commercial guideline and ratios are well organized.
•          Organize product training on site and offer support to clients to boost their sales.

Candidate requirements:

• At least 5-year experience in retail/wholesale merchandising from fashion industry
• Sound knowledge of fashion market and product knowledge
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Strong analytical skills
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot table) & SAP
• Frequent travel required
