Job Responsibility:

• Develop and explore business opportunities; maintain and develop the existing customer relationship; cultivate and develop potential customers, identify and, where possible, influence prospect needs
• Conduct effective sales presentation, solution proposal, business negotiation and close deals both individually and as a team; get pre-sales supports for large deal/pursues.
• Work closely with Take5 Client Service and R&D team to maximize Take5 ‘s value proposition to clients
• Responsible for account management to attain maximum customers satisfaction, and create own sales plan to archive pre-set sales targets

Requirement:

• University degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline is preferred;
• With Sales experience preferably in IT,  HRMS solution or Finance application sector
• Knowledgeable on HRMS solution is advantage
• Excellent client management and presentation skills with experience in dealing with top management executives.
• Confident personality to work in project team
• Well-developed interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate well at all organizational levels
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent command of using both English and Mandarin
• Candidate with lesser experience will be considered as Senior Sales Executive or Sales Executive
