In charge of monitoring risk control and exposure of the group including market, operational and credit risks to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures:

1. Build and lead an effective and coordinated risk control team; develop, coach and mentor staff
2. Formulate and implement risk control policies and procedures to support overall company objectives
3. In charge of day to day risk monitoring routines and take or recommend to senior management and the board appropriate action to resolve any risk issues 
4. Overall Margin Control for fixed income and related derivatives/structured products and Monitor counter-party credit limit and risk
5. Monitor traded and non-traded market risk and concentration risk of fixed income and related products
6. Approve real time exceptions on over-trading and settlement for fixed income and  related products
7. Liaise with I.T and other business departments to streamline the operational and logistic flow
8. Approve on account opening and exposure limit of customer for fixed income and related products
9. Formulate Customer Acceptance policy and Customer diligence process & procedures
10. Closely work with other relevant departments to deal with regulators and auditors on regulatory issues
11. In charge of rick control committee for fixed income products

Requirements:

- Degree Holder in Business Admin, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related discipline

- At least 10 years’ relevant experience

- Strong understanding and relevant experience in handling risk and business for multi-product environment in particular fixed income products

-  Strong understanding of operational flow from front line to back office for fixed income products

- Strong regulatory and compliance knowledge

- Strong risk assessment ability and able to balance between risk and business

- Strong leadership skills

- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, good network in the industry
