General Summary

This is for a leading Chinese bank' compliance department. This role will be responsible for the bank group's private banking section and oversea all PB related compliance issues. Great platform to polish your PB compliance knowledge and further enhance your career in a long term. 

Responsibility 

Advise the senior management and relevant business units on Private Banking compliance related issues
Provide support to Private Banking business in the development, implementation and regular review of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and internal requirements
Provide compliance training to Private Banking staff on a need basis

Basic Requirement 

Degree holder or above in Law, Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 8 years' solid experience in compliance specializing in Private Banking business and can work independently with minimal supervision
Sound knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations pertinent to Private Banking business
