Responsibilities:

• Provide retail sales support, including in-store sales, handling enquiries
• Provide customer support and nutrition/wellness advisory support to clients
• Proactively listen to customers' needs and suggest relevant products and services
• Assist customers with any enquiries on our products and services 
• Provide responsible and accurate information to customers
• Manage client appointments and handle pre and post consultation processes and screening
• Handle follow up on prospects and clients and ensure service quality is maintained
• Support marketing activities
• Assist with product presentations & events

Requirements:

• University degree (in Nutrition, Human Physiology, Human Biology or related subjects)
• Passionate about heath and wellness and open to learning
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese).  Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Chinese Word Processing. 
• Proficiency in graphic software a plus but not crucial
• Minimum 3 years working experience (high calibre recent graduates may be considered for a more junior role) 
• Presentable and health conscious
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enjoys connecting with people 
• Possess a calm, patient and mature personality
• Resourceful, self-motivated, organized, diligent and a team player with good working attitude
• Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once while maintaining the set priorities.
