Responsibilities:

• Leading and manage maintenance team to implement and review all repair and maintenance work.
• Upgrading works of building services system and liaison with client.
• Cost efficient, compliance with latest statutory regulations.
• Review design / budget / estimates / drawing / specifications / tender proposals for maintenance and improvement works.
• Attending meetings and handle enquiry from tenant and answer emergency call.
• Prepare budget and propose improvement plan to client.
• Inspect and audit on repair and maintenance works ensuring progress and completion meeting statutory requirements.
• Prepare technical specifications and requirements for all the self-preforming and outsourcing repair and maintenance works.

Requirements :

• Holder of Degree in Building Services Engineering, Quanitiy Surveying, Building Studies, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years’ solid experience in repair & maintenance of Electrical / HVAC / Building Services and MEP system
• Minimum 5 years experience at managerial level in facility / property maintenacne preferable.
• Solid experience in contract documentation, maintenance coordination, engineering design and execution
• Self-motivated and able to prioritize assignments and can work independently.
• Experience in building services engineering duties and preferable in landlord premises maintenance and renovation.
• Good analyical skill and details of mind set.
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Good team player and work with details.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
