Our Client is multi-national digital design agency serving a broad range of MNC clients round the globe in different industries like automotive, luxury products, retail, consumer products, tele-communications etc

 

Responsibilities

This Account Director role has to provide strategic counselling to the company's key customers, enhancing the customer relationship.  This is a team leader role leading a team of digital account management professionals to maintain and further develop the strategic partnership with the senior levels in customers' organizations by acting as trusted advisers.  This role needs to lead the team engaging in various highly strategic and conceptual projects elevating the end customer experience solving complex business challenges.  This role has to be responsible to collect the business requirements / goals from customers, set and manage customers' expectations.  The ideal candidate should be able to work across disciplines and formats including digital channels, content strategy, and use of new technologies. It’s crucial that the ideal candidate can lead the team counterparts in creative, strategy and analytics to package the work and workstreams into a coherent and meaningful narrative on the role it plays in the overall business and how that connects with the bottom line. 

 

Requirements

 10+ Years of agency or consulting experience with a proven track record of establishing senior level client relationship and organic business growth.

 Holder of Bachelor Degree or above 

 Familiar with design thinking methodologies. 

 Owns financial management of the account and overall profitability in partnership with the Production lead.

 Establishes and owns a vision for the overall account team and process, maintain and refine over time.

 A proficiency with the current issues and trends within the online marketing industry, emphasis on emerging media and mobile platforms.

 Partners with the Strategy and Account leads to develop unified creative briefs and proactive pitch new work.

 Partners with other agencies and clients to contribute to the overall objectives of the business.

 Experience managing accounts $4MM+ USD in annual revenue.

 Experience on global accounts.

 Takes responsibility for overall client satisfaction.

 Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a meticulous eye for detail.

 Experience in digital campaign creation and digital experience design.

 Delivered best in class/award winning creative work.

 Can manage/communicate account progress to CM executive team. 

 Ability to work and collaborate with other disciplines within the agency and with other agencies.

 Comfortable with data and analytics, experience building business cases to help sell creative work.

 Equal parts thinker and doer. 

 Comfortable wearing a few hats within team and rolling up sleeves to support other disciplines.
