Job Description:

Assist our engineers in

• Supporting the Network device, Audio Visual System, Video Conference System setup and management
• Providing all desktop responsibilities and liase with users, application teams to resolve problems
• Maintaining an effective communication with users
• Handle ad hoc taks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Infomation System or equivalent
• Knowledge in networking is a MUST
• Candidates with CCNA Certificate is a plus
• Experience in handing VMW are and Windows Server is preferred
• 1 to 2 years working experience in system support in an advantage
• Strong troubleshooting skills, Self-motivated, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English an Mandarin
