Responsibilities:

• Implement IT solution to support business objective from design to code level;
• Manage team members to ensure high-quality delivery within pre-defined budget and schedule;
• Manage and co-ordinate with external vendors on solution integration;
• Lead team members to provide system support to end users to ensure efficient daily operations;
• Work closely with users and recommend solutions to improve operational process.

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related disciplines;
• Minimum 8 years’ hands-on experiences with at least 3 years at team lead position;
• Familiar with .NET Framework development and SQL Server database;
• Knowledge on AJAX, HTML5 and mobile apps development is an advantage;
• Experience in financial industry is a must;
• Good analytical mindset and trouble-shooting skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)..
