Responsibilities:

• Responsible for agencies management including briefing agencies, reviewing proposal, costings, questionnaire and report drafts
• Ensure the agencies are executing fieldwork at high quality standard
• Support Insights Manager on reporting and presentation preparations and assist in workshops
• Coordinate with other departments/teams/markets to get information required for analyses or consumer tests
• Perform simple data extract using pivot tables in Excel
• Maintain budget within Insights team

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Marketing Research or relevant disciplines
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing research on consumer insights projects or other relevant projects
• A team-player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent PC skills (Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook)
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Willing to travel
• Immediately available is preferred
