Role & Responsibilities:

• Leading the overall digital channel strategy and prioritize the execution of marketing programs to achieve channel growth 
• On board to digital messaging ways of working on various outbound digital technology platforms
• Cultivate and nurture local entity engagement and use of outbound digital messaging
• Developing metrics forecasts, analysis and reports monthly on channel marketing spend and return 
• Manage media campaigns and drive performance marketing growth
• Provide critical reporting to internal and external partners
• Acquire traffic and optimize ROI using data, metrics and experimentation   
• Drive customer insights, solve business problems, and provide actionable recommendations that drive business performance
• Influence technology partners to resolve and improve digital messaging tools and technologies
• Provide tools and required support to enable local entities and global business to reach specified targets in digital engagement, digital transactions, digital leads and digital revenue

Requirements:

• Strong Digital & Social Marketing expertise for 5 years. Experience in Marketing and Digital Communication Via Outbound digital messaging platform
• Knowledge of web technologies and digital metric tracking tools
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages and deliverables to stakeholders of all levels, both internally and externally
• Demonstrated Experience in digital data and analytics to enable targeted messaging
• Strong understanding of banking and understanding of how change drives benefits for the organisation, its customers and other stakeholders
• Be able to communicate in English and Cantonese very fluently
