Incumbent's background:

• Must be familiar with projection mapping, video/interactive walls, audiovisual or digital media
• Strong sense of strategic support, sales support and business development

Role and responsibilities:

• Responsible for the strategic support of business opportunities, the optimal management of projects and key client relationships, the outreach of the company brand
• Strategic development & engagement for new and existing customers and markets
• Actively engage with existing and new customers to identify new opportunities consistent with goals and objectives
• Lead the sales-engagement process and ensure a well-managed process in deal closing and transition to fulfillment
• Produce internal analysis and research reports to better align client strategies
• Conveying needs of opportunities to company leadership so to provide accurate awareness and influence thought where necessary
• Relationship management with customers

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years in a related role within the audio visual industry
• Degree holder in business studies, project management or similar disciplines
